Do I need an appointment to visit?
Yes. All in-person visits are by appointment. Request an appointment through our website or give us a call, and we will arrange a time with you.
How do I book an appointment?
Visit our Book an Appointment page and send your preferred date, time and reason for visiting. You can also call us. We will follow up to confirm availability and arrange the details.
Is my appointment confirmed when I submit the form?
No. The form sends an appointment request. Your visit is confirmed once we contact you and agree on a date and time. Please wait for confirmation before visiting.
How quickly will you respond?
We respond to inquiries and appointment requests within one business day. You are welcome to send a message anytime; replies are handled during business days.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
We will call or email you to discuss what you are looking for, answer questions and review the details. Before any build work begins, we make sure the project information and agreed next steps are confirmed with you.
What should I include in my inquiry?
Include your name, the best way to contact you and a short description of your question or project. If you would like an appointment, include your preferred date and time. We will ask for any additional information we need when we follow up.
Can I request information before scheduling a visit?
Yes. Send us an inquiry first. We can discuss your questions by phone or email and help determine whether an in-person appointment would be useful.
Does submitting an inquiry authorize work or place an order?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation. We will discuss and confirm the details and next steps with you before work begins.
Can I contact you by phone instead of using a form?

Where are you located?
We are based in Laconia, New Hampshire. Visits are by appointment. Contact us to schedule and confirm the details before coming in.
How do I change an appointment request or confirmed appointment?
Call or email us with your name and the requested or confirmed appointment time. Let us know what needs to change so we can discuss another time with you.
Are the firearms in the completed builds gallery for sale?
The gallery showcases completed work and personal collection examples. Items labeled Personal Collection or Showcase Only are not for sale. A portfolio photo should not be treated as an inventory listing.
What does the Build Lab preview mean?
The Build Lab is a visual planning tool. A preview is not a confirmed order, final specification or authorization to begin work. We review the details with you separately.
Can I see examples of previous work?
Yes. Visit Completed & Custom Builds to see available project photographs and short descriptions of the work shown.
How long will a project take?
Timing depends on the project and current availability. We will discuss the expected timeline when we review your inquiry. An inquiry response within one business day is not a promise that the project will be completed within that time.
Where can I shop for Legacy Arms apparel?
Visit our Apparel page and use the Shop Now links to view the available items and their product details.
Where can I find apparel sizing and care information?
Check the individual product listing and linked size chart before ordering. If something is unclear, contact us with the product name and your question.
Can I suggest an apparel design, color or style?
Yes. Use the Apparel Ideas & Requests form on the Apparel page. We welcome suggestions, although submitting an idea does not place an order or guarantee production.
Where can I find apparel shipping and return information?
Review the shipping and return policies linked from the apparel store before ordering. Contact us if you need help locating information for a particular item.
